HPZ — Human Performance Zone — is a structured training and performance app. It's built around three training divisions: APZ (Athletic Performance Zone), LPZ (Lifestyle Performance Zone), and RPZ (Recovery Performance Zone). The system adapts your training routine based on your sport, goal, level, equipment, and season — so every user gets a plan built for them, not a generic program.
HPZ is currently in beta as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — meaning it runs directly from your browser and can be added to your home screen on both iOS and Android, no app store required. Native App Store and Google Play versions are planned for the official launch.

Yes — HPZ will have a free tier that gives you access to the core training system, including one automated routine per division, the full Workout Engine, session tracking, and 200+ exercises in the library. Premium plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) unlock the Routine Builder, full routine library, and advanced analytics. All plans are coming soon.

No. During onboarding, you tell HPZ what equipment you have access to — full gym, home gym, minimal equipment, or bodyweight only. The system adapts your routine accordingly. You can always update your equipment settings from your profile.
Yes. Coaches can use HPZ to design and manage their own training routines using the Routine Builder, assign structured programs based on sport and level, and track performance over time. HPZ gives coaches a clear, professional tool to deliver structured training — not just generic content.
